We process personal data only as required for website operation, customer communication, order handling, and legal obligations.

Data categories may include contact details, address and order information, technical log data, and cookie/analytics preferences where consent is granted.

Visitor statistics: only with your consent in the cookie banner we analyse visits with Matomo running on our own server (pages viewed, time and duration, referrer, device type and model, operating system, browser, approximate location, internet provider, cart and order events). We also record how you use the site: buttons and links clicked (their label), where on the page a click happened (for a click overview, not linked to you), how far you scroll, which sections you see and whether a form was started and submitted – what you type into form fields is never recorded. IP addresses are stored shortened by two bytes; cookies _pk_id (13 months), _pk_ses (30 minutes), statistik_einwilligung (12 months); raw data is deleted after 24 months. Change cookie settings
